A celebration of the life of Dr. John S. Mattox, founder and curator of the Underground Railroad Museum, will be hosted by Belmont County Tourism and friends on Sunday, October 13, 6:30 at the Zion Christian Retreat and Nature Center, Lakeside Pavilion, 334 East High Street, Flushing, Ohio.
