Dr. Michael Medovic will present a program about the life and career of Wheeling physician Dr. Simon P. Hullihen, widely acknowledged for his progressive, groundbreaking work which established the field of dental surgery.
The program will be presented in the auditorium of the Ohio County Public Library at 10:30 on Saturday, September 21.
