The parade will feature “The Pride of West Virginia”, the WVU Mountaineer Marching Band, and the US Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps, the Official Ceremonial Unit and Escort to the President of the United States, along with the 249th US Army Band, the West Liberty University Marching Hilltoppers Band and St. Clairsville High School and Wheeling Park High School Marching Bands.

Confirmed parade marshals include West Virginia Governor James C. Justice III, US Senator Shelley Moore Capito, US Representative David B. McKinley,  West Virginia Arts, Culture and History Curator Randall Reid-Smith and WVU President Gordon Gee and Laurie Erickson.
